    About Restoring Constitutional Governance

A stack of old, worn books with one open on top.

    Greetings Patriots!

Many Americans are beginning to realize that the history of our country, our faith traditions, and the principles of our Founders has often been simplified, overlooked, or forgotten in modern education. As a result, many people feel disconnected from the constitutional principles, civic responsibilities, and individual liberties that shaped this nation.

Our mission is to encourage people to rediscover those principles through education, thoughtful discussion, and personal responsibility. We believe every citizen should understand their rights, the structure of government, and the importance of preserving liberty, justice, and accountability for future generations.

Questions naturally arise: How did our systems evolve? When did certain changes occur? Why do so many people feel disconnected from the original vision of the Republic? These are important conversations.

While the answers can be complex, our goal is to present this information in a clear, understandable, and respectful way that encourages learning rather than division.

We believe meaningful change begins with informed citizens who are willing to study history, think critically, and participate constructively in their communities. By becoming educated and engaged, individuals can better advocate for transparency, constitutional principles, and the protection of rights for everyone.

In the following materials, you will find information about the Republic, constitutional ideas, and ways to become more involved in civic education and lawful processes. We aim to support one another through learning, peaceful action, and a renewed commitment to the values of freedom, responsibility, and integrity.

Many people within our institutions are doing the best they can with the understanding they have. Our purpose is not to create hostility, but to encourage awareness, dialogue, and positive reform rooted in truth, law, and mutual respect.

Restoring trust, strengthening communities, and preserving liberty requires courage, wisdom, and unity. The future of our nation depends on citizens who are willing to learn, lead, and stand for principles that uplift and protect all people.

“Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.”

May we strive to be worthy stewards of the freedoms and responsibilities entrusted to us.

    God Save the Republic.

    What Is the Difference?

What the Republic for the united States of America is NOT:

    1. The Republic is not part of and/or associated with sovereign anarchistic groups or movements.

    2. The Republic is not part of and/or associated with unlawful anarchistic militia groups or movements.

    3. The Republic is not part of or associated with nation state groups or movements.

    4. The Republic is not, nor part of, any type of for-profit corporate and/or tax-exempt entity (neither foreign or domestic), including a 501c3, 508, or any kind of private membership association, or any other entity in commerce.

    5. The Republic is not part of any groups or movements that promote violence of any kind.

    6. The Republic is not part of, nor under the jurisdiction of, the unlawfully chartered UNITED STATES municipal corporation, its agents, or any of its sub-corporations, either directly or indirectly. This includes any and all of their political parties, political organizations, political action committees, and Non-governmental organizations.

What the Republic for the united States of America IS:

    1. The Republic is the only lawful provisional (interim) government guaranteed to us by the original Constitution for the united States of America.

    2. The Republic is peacefully, honorably, and lawfully repopulating the original de jure Republic
guaranteed by the Constitution for the united States of America that was vacated in 1871 by unconstitutional acts of Congress.

    3. The Republic has been in operation since 2011 as the provisional interim government. The goal is to bring all states into complete compliance with the Constitution and be recognized as the civil authority by the military.

    4. The Republic is a peaceful, honorable, and lawful interim government which relies on Common Law as its foundation, not violence, power, or financial manipulation.

    5. We, the people of the original constitutional Republic 1789, support our Commander-In-Chief as he directs this military plan to restore our Republic and give it back to the people.

The Republic is, through townships and communities, the bridge and stepping-stone to God's kingdom.

    Corporate Slave or Freeborn?

    Corporate Slave or Freeborn?

    Corporate Slave or Freeborn?

American State Citizen vs U.S. citizen. Understanding the Importance of Civil Status and Individual Soveriegnty.  It turns out the civil status is EVERYTHING.

U.S citizens, U.S. persons, both natural and artificial, and individuals are deemed subject to legislative acts of Congress as defined “individual” (26 CFR §1.1441-1(c )(3)); a “person” (26 USC §7701(c)); or a statutory “U.S. citizen” as described in 8 USC §1401

American State Citizens are those born ON THE LAND of the state Republic STILL protected by the state, NOT THE CORPORATE UNITED STATES LEGAL constitution.

    A 14th Amendment US citizen is;

1873: U.S. v. Anthony 24 Fed. 829 (1873) "The term resident and citizen of the United States ('United States' meaning 'territories and District of Columbia') is distinguished from a Citizen of one of the several states, in that the former is a special class of citizen created by Congress." (That is a “citizen of the United States” is a “statutory citizen”—or "creature of State", created by legislative action.)

1875- This definition of "United States" as a Corporation has its own citizens (see United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542) who are generally referred to as "United States citizens".

1953- Kitchens v. Steele, 112 F.Supp 383 "A citizen of the United States is a citizen of the federal government…”

1967 - Also Congressional Record , June 13, 1967, pp. 15641-15646): A "citizen of the United States" is a civilly dead entity operating as a co-trustee and co-beneficiary of the PCT, the private constructive, cestui que trust of US Inc. under the 14th Amendment, which upholds the debt of the USA and US Inc. in Section 4.

[This neatly explains once and for all what a “citizen of the United States” is in federal parlance, as opposed to popular speech, and underlines the need for Americans to forthrightly expatriate from any such “citizenship” and instead declare their allegiance to the land of their nativity, for example, California or Nevada or Ohio.]

"Therefore, the U.S. citizens residing in one of the states of the union, are classified as property and franchises of the federal government as an "individual entity."

How a Constitutional Republic Functions From the Bottom Up

A constitutional republic is designed upon the principle that political power originates with the people, is delegated through lawful consent, and remains limited by a constitution. Unlike centralized systems where authority flows downward from distant institutions, a true constitutional republic functions from the bottom upward — beginning with the individual citizen and the local community.

At its core, self-governance is not merely the right to vote every few years. It is the continual responsibility of citizens to participate in the administration, protection, and stewardship of their communities under constitutional law.

The Foundation: The Individual and the Family

The smallest and most important unit of a constitutional republic is not the federal government, but the individual and the family. Rights do not originate from government; they are understood to be inherent and God-given. Government exists only to protect those rights, not to grant or remove them.

    With rights come responsibilities:

    · To uphold justice

    · To participate in civic life

    · To remain informed

    · To hold public servants accountable

    · To preserve liberty for future generations

A republic survives only when its people possess virtue, discipline, and a commitment to truth and lawful order.

County Assemblies: The Core of Self-Governance

In a bottom-up constitutional republic, county assemblies form the primary body of local self-governance. These assemblies are composed of citizens within a county who gather to address local matters affecting their communities directly.

The county is often the most effective level of governance because it remains closest to the people. Citizens know their communities, understand local needs, and can respond more efficiently than distant centralized authorities.

    County assemblies may oversee:

    · Local infrastructure

    · Community safety

    · Education standards

    · Local courts and juries

    · Agricultural and land concerns

    · Emergency preparedness

    · Public records and transparency

    · Enforcement of constitutional protections at the local level

Rather than depending entirely upon centralized bureaucracies, county assemblies encourage active participation and accountability. Representatives remain directly answerable to the people they serve.

This structure creates a government that reflects the needs and values of local communities instead of imposing uniform mandates from afar.

    State Assemblies: Uniting the Counties

Above the county level sits the state assembly. The state assembly is formed through representation from the counties and serves as the coordinating body for statewide matters.

The state assembly does not replace county authority but harmonizes the interests of the counties while preserving local autonomy.

Responsibilities of a state assembly may include:

    · Statewide constitutional oversight

    · Coordination between counties

    · State infrastructure and commerce

    · Preservation of state sovereignty

    · State judicial administration

    · Election integrity

    · Public safety coordination

    · Relations with other states

In this model, the state acts as a federation of counties working together for mutual benefit while respecting the principle that authority originates locally.

The state assembly serves as a safeguard against both local corruption and excessive national centralization.

The State Cabinet: Administration, Not Rule

The state cabinet exists to administer the lawful functions delegated by the state assembly. Its role is executive and administrative rather than sovereign.

Cabinet officers are entrusted with implementing lawful directives, maintaining state operations, and ensuring the constitutional framework is upheld.

    Typical functions may include:

    · Treasury and finance administration

    · Public records

    · Emergency management

    · State defense coordination

    · Transportation and infrastructure

    · Legal administration

    · Agricultural and resource management

Importantly, the cabinet does not stand above the people or the assembly. It remains subordinate to constitutional limitations and is accountable to the representatives of the people.

The National Cabinet: Limited and Delegated Authority

At the highest level sits the national cabinet or federal structure. In a constitutional republic, the national government possesses only those powers specifically delegated to it by the states and the people through the constitution.

Its purpose is limited and defined, often including:

    · National defense

    · Foreign relations

    · Interstate commerce

    · Currency regulation

    · Protection of constitutional rights

    · Coordination among states

The national cabinet is not intended to dominate local communities or absorb powers belonging to the counties and states. Its authority is delegated upward from the people through the states — not imposed downward upon them.

This is one of the defining distinctions of a constitutional republic:

    · power flows upward from the people rather than downward from centralized institutions.

    · Checks, Balances, and Accountability

    · A healthy constitutional republic depends upon multiple layers of accountability:

    · Citizens hold county assemblies accountable

    · Counties hold state assemblies accountable

    · States limit and oversee national authority

    · The constitution limits all branches equally

No officeholder stands above the law. Public servants are fiduciaries entrusted temporarily with authority derived from the people.

Transparency, lawful process, and separation of powers prevent the concentration of unchecked authority.

    Why Bottom-Up Governance Matters

Bottom-up governance strengthens liberty because it keeps decision-making close to the people most affected by those decisions. It encourages civic responsibility, local problem-solving, and direct participation rather than dependence upon distant bureaucracies.

    When communities govern themselves:

    · Citizens become more engaged

    · Corruption becomes easier to identify

    · Local needs receive local solutions

    · Freedom is preserved through participation

    · Government remains limited and accountable

A constitutional republic was never intended to function as a system where all power is concentrated nationally. Its design depends upon distributed authority, local self-governance, and constitutional restraint.

    Conclusion:

A constitutional republic functions best when it is rooted in the people themselves. The individual citizen forms the foundation, county assemblies provide local self-governance, state assemblies unite the counties, state cabinets administer lawful functions, and the national cabinet carries out only limited delegated powers.

This bottom-up structure preserves liberty by preventing excessive centralization and ensuring that government remains accountable to the people at every level.

The strength of a republic is not found merely in institutions or offices, but in a citizenry willing to govern itself with wisdom, responsibility, integrity, and respect for constitutional law.
